a. Product Availability: All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide suitable alternatives or offer a full refund for the unavailable item.

b. Pricing and Payment: Prices for products are displayed on our website in US dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

c. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided, containing the details of your purchase. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order but confirms that we have received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the products to you.

d. Taxes and Customs: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with your order. These charges are set by the authorities in your country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are not refunded if you return an item. Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Destinations and Methods: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free of charge on all orders delivered within the United States. For all other destinations, shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before you pay.

b. Delivery Times: Orders delivered within the United States arrive within 4 business days of the order being placed. Delivery times for other destinations are longer and are shown at checkout. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

c. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

d. Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruption, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays of this kind, but we will help you trace any shipment that has not arrived — see our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window as set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for detailed information on our return process, eligibility criteria, who pays return shipping, and refund procedures. That policy forms part of these Terms.

b. Warranty Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer and its fulfilment is the manufacturer's sole responsibility.

This disclaimer does not affect your rights under our Return & Refund Policy, which apply for 30 days from delivery regardless of the above.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our website or the purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or products giving rise to the claim.

b. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

c. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the state or country in which you habitually reside.
